My consultant was actually helpful and easy to deal with, so that part was great. Shipping did take a little longer than expected, but I guess patience is part of the experience.

I’ve found a few really cute styles, and some of the prints are super fun. But a lot of them feel a little too Loud for me, so it kind of depends on the pattern...

I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge issue, just a little slow.

I joined this as a side thing the training was helpful. I do like the clothes, and the support team has been nice whenever I’ve needed help. That said, the startup costs and having to move inventory can be more stressful than I expected. I just wish they had been a little more upfront about the risks from the beginning, because it feels like that part was kind of glossed over.

I was disappointed with these. After just two washes, they were already starting to fall apart. The fabric got really thin, and the seams were coming loose too. I wanted to like them, but yeah, definitely not worth it for me

Some of the pieces are actually soft, which is nice. But then others start getting itchy after a while, so I guess consistency wasn’t really the priority here. It’s comfy enough overall, just not exactly something I’d call amazing.

I ordered my normal size, but the fit was all over the place. One of the tops was way too big, while the leggings felt super tight. The items are cute, but for the price, I really expected more consistent sizing. i’d hope they’d offer some kind of compensation or make it right because this was frustrating.

I had a little issue with my order and had no idea who I was supposed to contact, so I ended up messaging LuLaRoe customer service through the site while I was drinking coffee at my kitchen counter.

They got back to me faster than I expected and were really nice about the whole thing. It didn’t feel like one of those copy-and-paste replies either, which I appreciated, because I was already mildly annoyed and also trying to find my missing car keys at the same time.

In the end they fixed it without making it complicated, and I felt way less stressed after. Solid experience overall, and I’d definitely order again.

I think it’s a good deal, especially when there’s a sale going on. The prices mostly feel fair to me, and sometimes they’re really worth it.
